CONSTRUCTION AND GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS
For many years, the Firm has represented prime contractors and subcontractors who provide construction, environmental and other services and products at the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL) near Idaho Falls, Idaho. In addition to handling multi-million dollar construction claims and contractual disputes, the Firm has represented managing and operating contractors at the INEEL in labor and employment discrimination actions filed in federal court and before administrative bodies.
